Say at the time of marriage the sub 8/10 guy has $1 million in net assets. Then the wife stays for exactly 2 years to get her green card and then she leaves. At the time she leaves the net assets of the couple is $1.5 million.
So the increase in assets during the period of the marriage is $500,000. The wife gets half of the increase. So she will get $250,000.
She might also qualify for some sort of spousal support if the guy is high income and she doesn't work. But that goes for the same duration as the duration of the marriage. Let us say that is another $50,000 that is paid over the following 2 years. Then add in maybe $50,000 in legal costs to resolve everything.
So in that case it would cost the guy $350,000 for the 2 years of marriage. Which works out to ~$500 per day.
If he is getting sex once a week if he is lucky, that is about $3,500 per time he has sex with her.
