The media wouldn’t shut up about the possibility of being one, probably because they wanted one to happen so they could exploit it to further their narrative.
And guess what? Nearly 2 months after the movie premiered, there have been no incidents at all.
Contrast that with the shitty children’s movie Frozen 2. Remember all the hype over the original in 2014? It was ANNOYING. I never saw it and I have no plans of doing so.
Anyway, on November 24 just two days after Frozen 2 premiered, there was a machete brawl at a screening of it that resulted in several police officers getting sliced. Where was the media? A few small outlets reported on it, but none of the places where most people get their news. In fact, none of the news outlets were American, all just Canada or UK.
