HOPEFUEL:
LUCID DREAMS BABYYYYYY. I'm getting very consistent with them now.
Cute Cat GIF

Does anyone else do this?

Drop full guide.

I used to do them when i was like 14 but i forgot. I had some sex dreams with it :ahegao: :ahegao: :ahegao: :ahegao: :ahegao: :ahegao:

I did in my teens. I can't do it anymore.

No i never manage to do it

last time i tried it made my sleep paralysis worse for awhile

For me it is extremely rare, maybe a one time in 5 years occurrences. I had one recently, where I suddenly realized I am dreaming. So I was at "school" (I'm 29) but as always when I'm dreaming, I never question anything. But somehow I did, I was awake for like 1 second, so I just started throwing glasses around, but people barely reacted. All my dreams are extremely creative and extremely random and theoretically possible, but not really. In places I've never seen before, buildings that don't exist but aren't that weird, very creative and strange plots, etc.

I really don't know how my brain can come up with such ideas and plot-lines. Just one scene from a dream: I'm in a mall, and I have to order pizza at the counter. The wall behind the counter is filled with different pizzas, hanging there like paintings. There's only 1 of each pizza, and everyone is ordering at the same time. But the place is more like in some random mall. The dream then develops further becoming even weirder. This is not at all creative, it is just the dream I had last night.

I will also never have the same dream, and always I won't realize that I am dreaming despite it being absolutely illogical or a certain place or building not existing. If I don't coom for like 7-10 days, which is extremely difficult for me, I would start having dreams of engaging sexually with girls, some my mind just makes up.
I'm never creative in my waking state. And I never realize I'm dreaming, no matter how strange the dream is.

I only have them a few times a year and they don't last too long, I usually wake up shortly after I realise that I'm dreaming.

I had one not too long ago where I was flying over a tropical rainforest, it was incredibly vivid and beautiful. The dream ended with me getting sucked into a black hole, it kinda freaked me out because I was trying to wake myself up and it wasn't working.

Drop full guide.
I write down every single dream I have the second I wake up.

I constantly look for inconsistencies inside my dreams. Things that are not correct. Like I become conscious of the dream and ask stuff. Sometimes my brain "corrects" it though

And the thing that works the best is waking up and going back to bed. I then know I am in a dream and can control it.

I can get like 1 lucid dream a week which is pretty good imo.

what do you do in your lucid dreams?

I did it once

I used to regularly do this, fr. The happiest I've ever been in my life, to this day, I'm still obsessed with dreams

Any advice to retain it again? None of online guide work
