Is anyone here practise LD and can say few words about it?
It doesn't really work reliably even if you try. I don't think anyone can do it on purpose every time. The times I had it happeo I still had only modest control.

I used to do it, but it's not spectectular. The best way of getting in the habit of it is by doing reality checks through the day.
