I have decent lower third, but my head is so big that it still looks small in proportion to my robust skull. I know that growing a beard would ascend me atleast 3 points, but it would draw too much attention because I'm mid-east cel .

Well, nobody will certainly know you grow it because of weak chin, they can assume, but that's it. Especially femoids, they often tend to not bother themselves with such heavy and difficult thoughts for them. If you're attractive with beard = you'll get femoids attention anyway.
