This is probably because FWHR is a trait largely influenced by testosteronic development. Testosterone, being a largely male androgen, is strongly linked with aggression and untrustworthy behaviour. I would assume having a low FWHR looks more passive, friendly and trustworthy. If you are handling other people's money, you better look trustworthy.
