If you dont live in a region where you can get real guns, I propose a viable alternative.
Step 1: Buy nerf gun, some nerf guns from dart zone can hit very hard without modification (25 bucks for 150+ feet per second) which can take an eye out easily.
Step 2: Buy industrial grade sulphuric and nitric acid and inject it into the nerf darts
Buy large amounts of thumbtacks/needles and stick them into the front of the darts.
Step 3: coordinate I.N.C.E.L kommandos to attack and aim for the face. With the sharp needles and sulphuric acid you will disfigure many chads and foods
This will be our retribution( in minecraft) 
when the police show up
I.N.C.E.L kommandos will sniff a fesikh soaked panty stolen from 10$ sloppy filthy street hookers and die instantly of the smell to avoid interrogation
