Despite all the shit that girls have done to me I still fantasize about romantic stuff. And my brain assumes that every girl is an angel until proven otherwise. This sets me up for a lot of suffering. I want to see them as objects but that's difficult for some reason. I came up with 2 methods that might help us to fall out of love with the female species.

1. Visualize her doing evil shit like talking smack about you. Or making out with a guy who's not you.
2. Whenever you fap, only fantasize about having non consensual sex. Imagine her being tied up on her stomach. & make sure that you're not laying on your back while fapping.
