I’m lying down in bed. Might tidy up soon. Pretty tired and haven’t been sleeping well, so hoping to get a good nights rest (it’s nighttime here).

I’m glad to hear you’ve gotten good at coping. I’m figuring it out still but improving for sure. Did K-pop factor into any of that routine? (Was thinking YouTube originally but now I see at least one other application). Thanks man. It really is, I can’t remember the last time I had that feeling. I slept maybe 3 hours just now and woke up. Will try to go back to sleep asap.
