It's going well for me so far. I mostly eat beef. I have also eaten some gammon / ham. I am being strict with it and never cheating. I only eat when I'm hungry which is usually once or twice a day and I only stop eating when I'm full / don't want anymore. I am exercising as much as I can but that isn't a lot by normie standards as I have chronic injuries. I have experienced some cravings for carbs in certain moments but it passes and this is to be expected when you are burning your own bodyfat. I had diarrhoea for a couple of days near the start I think because I ate too much fat and my body wasn't used to it yet.

It's amazing how little you need to eat in a whole day to be satisfied, how I am not hungry most of the time and how much easier preparing meals is.

After 13 days I've already had comments that my face looks slimmer and it looks to me that it's come off my face fastest which is lucky. It will take longer to get rid of my jelly belly and hips though.

I will update this post to show my progress. My height is 176cm. I would like to get down to 10% bodyfat which I have never achieved.

17/4/19 - 86kg
23/4/19 - started strict carnivore diet
25/4/19 - 84.5kg
1/5/19 - 81kg

Good luck man, I created my own diet, basically I don't eat like a pig anymore and hope I lose pounds kek.

Not for me. Done it many times, lost weight but carb addiction kicks in and I put it all back on. It's very challenging to stick to. Carbs make you hungry when you don't need food due to insulin spikes and insulin is the fat storage hormone.
 
I went from 86kg in February this year to 74kg at the moment. Pretty much the same as you, limiting calories, cut out junk food, eat a lot of fruit and veg

Nice going man. I did that sort of thing last year where I ate meat and veg meals twice a day (breakfast and lunch), a salad for tea and fruit as snacks through the day. I got down to 74kg but couldn't stick to it. I felt weak after a while. Maybe the same will happen to me on the carnivore idk but I have to try something new.

The best things to eat to lose body fat are beans, vegetables, nuts, and some fruit one meal a day. You might need to take supplements to make sure you get sll the vitamins you need. Don't eat or limit added sugar, grains, wheat, and animal protein.

People on carnivore say they don't take any supplements and do great. You definitely need supplements if you only eat rabbit food as you suggest. Humans like me do best eating plenty of animal protein that is one thing I am sure of.

I'm sure it depends on the individual what works best but no human can thrive without a certain amount of animal protein without supplements (which are inferior to meat).
 
Not worth it. Don't give yourself colon cancer and age yourself prematurely JFL. You are overestimate the benefits of some nutritional density factors, not considering that meat is harsh to digest. A balanced diet is always the way to go, extremist diet copers are retards, cuts both or more ways.

Rabbit food and supplements make you high t. I can break the eye sockets out of an average meat eater.
 
Carnivore diet is based as fuck. I'm also a carnivore and I almost never eat vegetables and fruits. Vegan diet is for soyboys tbh.

Yeah you're right I do feel weaker than I used to. I'm trying to get more protein nowadays to try and combat it. Let's see what happens
 
Sigh. Let's get real, guys. No one is going to be able to sustain this diet, or ANY of these rigorous shredding diets for that matter. Once you fall off, your body fat percentage is going to creep back up (even it you don't gain weight). Even pro bodybuilders can't stay lean for more than a couple of months a year. What makes you think you're going to be able to??
 
You're gonna have to start eating organs if you wanna make this work long term. Trust me. Buy some liver once a week it's not expensive usually.

Also be careful with your uric acid levels OP. You don't want to develop gouty arthritis.
