LDAR Loosing of mojo or just ageist discrimination?

Never had enough mojo to have normal life, but more than now, looking back I see much more action, hanging with comrades and drinking, even sleeping in streets sometimes, and now, just hikikomoring. Is this loss of mojo, or just 30+ thing, being discriminated for being older, harder to make new friends, harder to convince people search cute adorable lolis for me. Or both things in action.
