Well yeah a lot of my face isn't entirely fixable, not to mention that it would take multiple surgeries just to maybe(at best) raise me up to normie level, and how many years would it take me to accumulate the money to even go about doing this if I started today? Like I said in another thread, I'd be at least 30, and what foid is going to date a 30 y/o khhv? Seems like a pointless endeavor. Although if you're young(like 18-20) and/or have rich parents, it's somewhat legit.

To be fair, there are multiple surgeries that address these issues and I believe some ugly men can go up to average or lower normie tier through them depending on how ugly they are and how fixable their flaws are. The issues with these are the costs, the risks, the age-pill and finding the right surgeon.
