I started off with a low tier normie base and after rhinoplasty, jaw fillers, and multiple roid cycles I'm still on the border of normie/htn with 0 difference in how I'm treated IRL. When I found this site I thought I would be a slayer who girls approached after surgeries, but now I realize I improved 0.75 PSL at most (3.5 PSL to 4.25). Surgery can only truly ascend you if you have deformed jaws and get a blackpilled surgeon to do bimax. Anything outside of that is cope.
The only way you can go from normie to Chadlite without completely incel deformed features is if you are willing to get half a dozen small surgeries for 0.15 PSL each. Odds are if you had that base to begin with, you would've had a typical NT upbringing and social life and never found this site.

Probably a huge difference in how people treat him irl now compared to before. Problem is, most people start off with his base in the after. Now what kind of surgeries could he get to ascend to Chad? Surgeries can only do so much and they can't fix your pheno, bone structure, orbitals and eyebrows, or eye shape (to an extent).
The only solution would be to autisticly plan a dozen obscure surgeries/implants that cost $20k a piece and will result in 0.15 PSL improvement each. That's why the only people on this site who have ascended either had deformed jaws or were already Chadlite to begin with and everyone else is coping with "triMaX aNd bRoWRiDGe iMPLanT iN 2023". Not to mention the fact that you'll be mentally and socially stunted from years of being ugly. Look at any blackpilled surgery result. They all still have an aspie look and are probably socially awkward introverts. With no friends made during high school and college, you're left behind and have no chance at "ascension".
Without a social circle, social skills, and positive reinforcement in adolescence, being a high tier normie isn't enough.
