Depends on how fucked up your face is and how much you would be willing to spend without ending in poverty. If you live in a country with low wages it's just over since you can't save enough money, in my case it's both since I have lots of failo traits like asymmetrical nose/face, terrible eye area and weak lower third while also living in a remote shithole without many skilled specialists. The amount of surgeries and money I would have to dump just to get a chance at becoming a HTN or even a MTN would be insane unless I leech off my parents for years while working on a high end job.
