Some people on here and websites like lookism.net worship this idea of a looks scale. I'm here to tell you the looks scale is BS! Of course if you are super good looking you will have success with women and if you're hideous you will be incel but the majority of people are somewhere in between. Just because somebody may be a 5 on the looks scale doesn't mean they can get laid there are plenty of average looking incels. The looks scale doesn't take into account location and race/phenotype. Location is everything if you are in an area where the people are uglier you are more likely to have success than if you're in an area that has better looking people. So yes locationcel is definitely a real thing. Also even if you're decent looking if you don't have the right phenotype you will be reduced to incel status in many cases. The most attractive phenotypes being Northern European and the least being Indians/South East Asians. A lot of girls will reject a guy based from his race/phenotype alone unless he is extremely good looking. You can't just compare a 5/10 Anglo Saxon guy and 5/10 ethnic guy and say they are the same. The 5/10 ethnic guy may be a 5/10 based on his facial features, height but the overwhelming majority women are going to pick the Anglo Saxon guy. Easy answer. Hollywood caters to its biggest audience: white people. If you go back to the pre-SJW era, literally a handful of people would watch a movie with an ethnic cast. All those movies would become office box bombs. It's purely a capitalistic strategy to focus on your biggest audience. People can relate to seeing their own race on the big screen. White girls don't prefer ethnic guys, that is indeed a myth. Back in high school, I had a teacher who is a fancy-dressed Indonesian faggot but resembles a fish. When he first came to Sweden in the 70s, all the native girls were infatuated with him. Why? Because he was the only different guy around. He mogged white Chads, despite not being good looking. But, he was gay, so for obvious reasons, he didn't slay. I guess you could say he was a trophy, despite not being good looking (judging from how he looked at his current age). And in the example you gave, most people would rather settle down with their own race, that's why, even if a white girl likes ethnic guys, will in most cases go for a white guy. Also, another reason why a lot of ethnics in their native countries will idolize white people is because of colonialism.

I don't think times have changed drastically in just one year time. Higher-tier people will always prefer their own, higher-tier kind.
