Nope, unless you have a definitive proof that they did not hire you based on your looks. If you can prove, sure you can go for a law suite. Law in every country is quite clear and straight forward about this kind of shit.

I sent in my CV to a job in a local store, apparently they were desperately looking for male floor workers, when I put in my CV to customer services of course it was some cunt there that was clearly disgusted by my face, I simply didn't get the job because my face is ugly and yet they still want male floor workers
