Yea you were dealt a shit hand, but all you need is to put effort into your looks and hygiene and start getting better at socializing and improving your confidence. It’s a tall order but it’ll go such a long way. It’s also best to start platonically and just grow your social circle. You’ll naturally get closer to people and eventually might be able to get someone to know the real you and become attracted. This is the route I usually take rather than direct approaches.
