I read somewhere that if you eat a big fatty meal 1-2 hours before your blood work, your T will drop by 20-25%. So i ate the them most vile and disgusting landwhale meal on macdonalds(plenty of burgers, milkshake, chicken nuggets). Almost felt like throwing up afterwards, how do people eat this shit? I also woke up early, since T falls continually from the time you wake up. Hopefully this will put me way lower than 300 ng/dl. My regular morning test without any artificial modification is 345 ng/dl(im 22 years old).
TRT will hopefully enable me to gymcel way more effectively. In addition to that i hope T will give me a boost of confidence, so i don't stutter like an aspie in front of pretty girls.
