Gaming Looking for a game

I forget a game's name I played this game when i was very young.

Game starts in a desert, and our character falls in a pit, then our character founds a girl and follows him.
We find a tree, but a giant one, standing in a plain.
We decide to enter the tree, there is a door in the tree, but we have to use a rudder.
Then inside the tree there is an spring, and then someone comes and cuts the spring.
Tree begins to and collapse and everything turns to black, we went outside, there is canyon and you have to pass the parkour, which young me can't do that and quits the game.
