Venting Looking at childhood photos

I just looked at a picture saved on my phone of when I was a child i was happy, smiling, with what was supposed to be a bright future ahead.
Then I turn off the phone, look at the mirror in my bedroom, and see a disgusting piece of shit defeated, alone, someone who has basically already given up on life and is just coping, waiting for his death.
Holy shit man life is not fair.
