No one else exists anymore.

I am here, but so far away in my mind.

I was the captain. I charged the fields, outnumbered and surrounded.

And here I am now in the drift. After the battle is long over, I decay alone.

Nothing left to do but listen to music, play video games and wait for my wounds to heal.

The wounds that never heal.

Why is there still a will to live in me? Even though I know there is no hope.

The long, lonely, road to damnation is ahead of me.
