Spanish have 10% Amazigh dna but they still predominantly white though according to the Nazi German racial laws whites start at 75% Euro ancestry. Spanish are above 80%. But if you use the American one drop rule then they are not white. So I think you are going with the American standrad

But still some Spanish have alot of foreign dna probably mostly in the working classes but this is the same today for any white country and increasingly for every country worldwide. Probably thats why some Spanish look very dark
