Location does not matter in how well your chances are of getting laid. I was born and raised in New York City, went to multiple schools and never got female attention. If I was born in Lexington Kentucky or a town in the middle of nowhere it would have been the same. If anything cities attract more Chads and women just have a choice of more men to fuck thus lowering your chances of getting laid.
