Imo looks are not the end all be all, but they are pretty determining. If assumed looks were everything, then there would be a hard cutoff where below a certain PSL level nobody would be able to pull. But the issue with such claim is that you need only one counterexample to disprove it (i.e. a subhuman with a stacy, and we would expect there to be at least 1 such pairing amount all 8 billion people in the world). But at the same time, at low PSL levels, the probability of finding a relationship goes down and down.

It's possible, but it's like saying "all sun will explode today": it's super unlikely to happen.

Mentalcel is a more likely explanation: shit PSL causes people to have bad experiences, which feeds into a negative worldview causing more bad experiences, resulting in mentalceldom.
