The amount of time you spend staring at a close up object in school or at an office job is completely unnatural and damaging. I was forced to wear glasses at age 7 by an eye doctor, but my dad and I fought against it. I never wore glasses again and my eyesight is better than ever at 19 without having worn glasses in over 11 years
