Literally cannot breathe except through mouth

Whenever I get a cold or blocked nose I can only mouth-breathe, and I can also only mouth-breathe when lying down, my face is so fucked because of this. Is it normal to only mouth-breathe if you got a cold or is this due to my fucking broken nose? Fuck it all.

Fuck it's over. If you cannot breathe through your nose during colds, it means you have subhuman bones and poor nasal passages n sinuses from receded bone structure. FUARKKKKKKKKKK

Of course its normal if you have a cold. I use Sudafed nasal spray which clears the nose but fucks up with my sleep patterns
