if you're like 5'6 or 5'7 stretching it to like 4 inch and becoming 5'10 or 5'11 it might be worth it, but if you're starting 5'5 and under, then no because you will likely be 5'7 and like 5'9 at the very best. You also need to restart your identity and just move away from everything and everyone you know after your height surgery, otherwise people will just keep reminding you that you were short and try to keep you dragged down. people are crabs in a bucket who dont want to see others level up

that and limb lengthening, an htn face cant save a manlet from anything

i disagree honestly, i seen many manlets with a mtn/htn face with a gorgeous gf by their side. htn face will always get u something i believe

a minor boost of 2 inches is nowhere near enough to get me to a point where I could ascend
