would you consider this
you can get more than 2 inches on it, its quite risky but hard to live the life of a truecel if youre like 6 ft 4 and literally looking over normiesI don’t see the point when I’m still going to be incel by the end of it
a minor boost of 2 inches is nowhere near enough to get me to a point where I could ascend
how tall are uhell no
What’s the maximum then?you can get more than 2 inches on it, its quite risky but hard to live the life of a truecel if youre like 6 ft 4 and literally looking over normies
i believe the maximum is 10 inches depending on your situation. What’s the maximum then?
There’s no way you’re getting 10 inches without some long term consequences down the linei believe the maximum is 10 inches depending on your situation.
the way to do it would be to get femur first 2.5 inches, then tibia 2 inches, and then recover from that and get it again for femus 2 inches and tibias 1.5 inches, and then if you can recover from that and do it again later youll be significantly taller
consequences are pretty much guaranteed no matter what, but if you look into it theres documented cases of guys getting 6-8 inches of limb length over the course of a few years and recovering decently, again not possible for most of us as it requires a fuck ton of money and luckThere’s no way you’re getting 10 inches without some long term consequences down the line
i believe the maximum is 10 inches depending on your situation.
not for most people no, for most people probably 5 to 7 inches at best
you can def get 10 inches if youre rich enough, have good hormones and physio etc.
you can def get 10 inches
max 6 inches + extremely painful + very expensive
Nowould you consider this
yeah 6 inches with good luck aswellmax 6 inches + extremely painful + very expensive

this is true
like what ? heel fillers ?I would opt for cheaper and less complicated surgeries before considering LL.
never adds barefoot height, and also makes you shorter long termNah, I’d rather wear shoe lifts.
5'10how tall are u
okayish npc height5'10
Hello man. I have researched this topic for many many years. I have watched every podcast with every dr and read every review and article. There’s no way you’re getting 10 inches without some long term consequences down the line
I have thought about it, but I doubt I'd get much ROI out of the operation due to the fact that I'm autistic and average-looking (if that)would you consider this
Absolutely not. Life time of physical pain, crippling myself, distorting my proportions, and paying tens of thousands just to slightly increase my chances of getting into a loving relationship. No way.
Nah, insane costs, excruciating pain, relearning how to talk all to js fuck up my proportions (giga long legs but short arms bruhh)would you consider this
i think with how advanced the surgery is getting idk if this holds up anymore for example with stuff like the betzbone method from germany works a lot better and has internal fixators and is a lot more sustainable than the ilizirov method which has external fixators and comes with its own risksHello man. I have researched this topic for many many years. I have watched every podcast with every dr and read every review and article.
1- first of all, it’s by all means, an absurdly expensive and brutal surgery.
2- The maximum you can gain depends on many factors. For example, your starting height (ironically, a 6ft guy can potentially gain more than a 5ft guy). Your flexibility Also plays a role but so does other factors which you can’t control.
3- the maximum for the femurs is about 8 cm or 3 inches in one go. It’s important to note that not everyone gets the full 8 cm. Also, some doctors advise to not go beyond 6.5 cm for the femurs. As for the tibia, the maximum in one go is 5 cm or 2 inches. Again, some doctors advise to not go beyond 4-4.5 cm. Now, yes you can get the surgery done twice on both segments, but to say that this is brutal would be a severe understatement. More importantly, EVEN THEN, the few (legit) drs who do that option only allow you to lengthen very little more (3 cm or just over an inch). Essentially, you’d do 4 cm on one segment then after three weeks you do 4 cm on the second segment. You then recover for a year or two then come back and do the same thing again. So you end up with 16 cm gain or just over 6 inches. Dr paley (the leading stature lengthening dr in the world) doesn’t go over 8 cm on the femur even if you do it twice as research has shown that going over 8 cm increases risks significantly. Another important note is that you don’t get all of the height gain (almost all but not all) the reason being is that the femur bone, as you’ve probably seen in x ray pictures is tilted and not straight. This means that if you gained 8 cm there, you may get about 7.5 cm in reality.
In conclusion, if you wanna break both twice ( so four surgeries) and do that safely you’ll gain a maximum of six inches. If you wanna do each segment one time only then the maximum safely is 13 cm or just over 5 inches (3 inches on the femurs and 2 on the tibia) The real gain would be 12 cm or just under 5 inches. In my opinion, it isn’t worth it to do the surgeries twice and pay so much more just to get an extra inch.

The nails play a role in how much weight you can bear. It has nothing to do with how much you lengthen. The limitation is due to soft tissue and nerves and nails don’t change their physiology. Livinglifetaller in Turkey aren’t what you should be citing, believe me. Go check dr paleys interviews if you wannna get more educated on the topic. Lastly, yes it is possible to lengthen as much as you want almost, but that donation make it a wise choice—at all. The safe limitation is and will remain for the foreseeable future 8 cm on the femur and 5-6 on the tibia. It has nothing to do with the technology, but rather the soft tissuesi think with how advanced the surgery is getting idk if this holds up anymore for example with stuff like the betzbone method from germany works a lot better and has internal fixators and is a lot more sustainable than the ilizirov method which has external fixators and comes with its own risks
i dont think lengthening more than 5 inches on external fixators is a good idea i think its way better if you do the betzbone method where you can get it again in a few years for example theres one guy who went from 5 ft 7 to almost 6 ft 5 doing this and hes no crazy outlier he actually got an infection in the very beginning

so maybe you cant but this guy got significant growth about 7.7 inches i believe over time and he got betzbone recently but at first he started off with livinglifetaller which uses the ilizirov method and theres another guy who went from 5 ft 9 to 6 ft 2 and plans to go up to 6 ft 4 and thats with livinglifetaller im sure i can find his interview if i look hard enough
that and limb lengthening, an htn face cant save a manlet from anythingid rather hard max my face to htn than get limb surgery and risk my mobility lol
would actually make you look much tallerno, i have already a short torso in comparison with my legs, LL would make me look like an alien
Not at all.No because face>height. Would rather use the money to look like a Chad facially then be a tall LTN
height couldNo and not even facial surgery could turn me into a Chad because I have a round face because of having a big round skull.
It wouldn't help the autism and of course the negative trauma of my previous life.height could
did you reincarnate or somethingIt wouldn't help the autism and of course the negative trauma of my previous life.
I have too many things working against me.
Tom Cruise mogs every last tallcel here. Face>heightNot at all.
