Started getting addicted to the validation from this forum. While it helped with NoPorn and LessFap, the past few days of my holidays I have quite lazymaxxed.
I can't keep on doing this though.
My degree and my looksmaxxing journey(no matter the outcome) are all that matters to me now. I have to be self-disciplined and driven 24/7/365. My resolve shall not be broken.
After lots of research I devised a daily plan to help me reach peak human condition and get the fucking degree.
Morning Routine:
As soon as I wake up (ideally at 5:30 am), I wear my boxers and do some yoga exercises(downloaded yoga daily fitness app) and then 150 sit-ups and 150 push-ups. I can do this in 15-20 minutes.
By the time I finish my morning exercices, I am ready to take my morning shower(only shampoo my hair every other day with anti-dandruff shampoo), which is followed by my morning skincare routine(cleansing, spot treatment cream/retin-A/adapalene, diy vitamin c serum, moisturizer/sunscreen).
Unless I feel very hungry, I don't eat breakfast and do IT for HGH gains. I take my 0.5-1mg fin pill(will stop taking it as soon as my erections get weaker or I lose my libido) and 4000iu vitamin D3(hopefully I can add some multivatims soon). I typically drink 0.5-1L bottled water and a cup of green tea.
If I have some time left before morning uni classes I study and do some homework. I chew 2-3 pieces of hard mastic gum on my way to the uni(don't do it if you are not well informed about it).
While at uni:
Attending classes, studying during free time or hanging out with normies and nerds from my uni.
I usually break my fast and eat a high nutrinional value lunch at the l dining hall for free.
I will also start going to the uni gym 3x/week on weekdays and do full-body bodybuilding routines to get a good v-taper(half way there naturally) + running/sprinting/swimming for 15-30 min.
If I don't go to the gym, I go to the library and study for at least 2 more hours. That concludes my day at uni.
Back at home:
If it is a gym day, I do my neckcelling routine as soon as I get to home and then I jump straight into the shower to wash off all the sweat.
Time for some dinner. I don't have great cooking skills so usually only eat some whole grain pasta/brown rice/potatoes, eggs/meat and a salad. My goal is to have drunk at least a gallon of water by this time of the day.
After dinner it's time to clean up my apartment. My goal is to keep it as clean as possible, because it affects my mood positively. "Just clean your room" is the most iconic phrase of 2018.
After all that I study for 3-4 hours and/or do my research on moneymaxxing(have found some methods I won't reveal for obvious reasons).

After all studying is done it is time to rest. First thing in mind is to browse this site and fry my dopamine receptors from all the notifications I get.
I answer to all the messages and then plant new notification bombs for the next day.
After I am done posting here, I do my night time relaxing yoga routine, apply the same skincare products(minus the vitamin c serum and the sunscreen), occasionally rub one off and then go to sleep naked for optimal testicular temperature regulation(in hopes I don't get a wet dream and jizz on my bed).
That brings the weekday plan to an end.
I will update soon on...The follow-up will be about the weekends, when all the magic happens. Don't hope for an early end game/goal reveal.

Yoga is beneficial for modility, lowering cortisol and reaching your height potential by straightening and decompressing your spine(I was 1cm taller tonight just by stretching, because I have developed some mild scoliosis from LDAR lifestyle.

Downloaded myfitnesspal for calorie and macronutrient tracking. I use online daily caloric intake calculators to get an estimate of the number of calories I should be consuming to reach my goals. I am on 45% carbs, 25% protein and 30% fat diet right now. I plan to up my protein intake and decrease carbohydrates. I also avoid dairy, sugar(to a degree) and chocolate because they trigger my acne.
