Yes, you are right. That is why I think people should be restricted on who can reproduce to an extent. For example if your genetics are too subhuman or you have severe genetic diseases such as alzheimers, down syndrome, etc, you should be not allowed to reproduce. Maybe even forcefully sterilized if the issue was severe enough.
