The problem I have with the "self-improvement bros" is they don't tackle the core issue at hand. All they reccomend is taking ibuprofen for a broken leg. Sure, the ibuprofen helps the pain, but it doesn't fix the broken leg. They act like working out and lifting heavy objects will automatically solve your depression and get you pussy.
