Libertarians are bad because they have a "non aggression principle" that means rape is wrong. They also oppose war on drugs which means police will have more time on their hands to go after rapists and jails and prisons will have more space to house them. Every man who supports rape legalization should support the war on drugs. On top of that New Hampshire, which has a lot of libertarians, was celebrated by a right-to-die organization for supporting euthanasia. In the past, the Libertarian Party Platform supported abortion IIRC. It's also problematic that libertarian Rand Paul called illegals "undocumented citizens." Libertarian Thomas Massie opposed Trump's walls. I think illegal immigrants make a portion of inmates, so it needs to be considered a serious crime.
Despite this, we should give credit where is due. They seem to have a lot of articles against the sex offender registry. I only read the interview with the president of Women Against Registry who's a rape victim. This is off topic, but her rapist may spend his entire life in prison despite only raping once. Society is too tough on rapists. Rapists should be treated better by society.
Also unrelated to rape, I also like that libertarian Milton Friedman supported prostitution legalization and a negative income tax. I also like that Walter Block supports voluntary slavery. Slavery should be brought back.
We shouldn't vote for them though because they can't win and ending the war on drugs will hurt rapists. We should either vote for Republicans who want to put drug users and immigrants in prisons and jails and Democrats that support defunding the police and basic income. The police arrest rapists.
It's not just that the war on drugs causes prison overcrowding. It also makes the idea of prison abolition more attractive to normies. The more innocent people are in jail, the more they'll support abolition, which will benefit rapists. Even if that's not the case, misery loves company. If rapists should suffer in prison, so should everyone else. I do support the rights of those falsely accused of rape and other crimes because it might mean actual rapists get away with their crimes.
