What is the one trait that is most important in getting friends, a girlfriend, and changing people's dispositions?

Even a manlet can get friends, even incels are fit(obviously your health is wealth, no health no earnings etc), charisma is simply knowing how to be a salesman/public speaker so I would say this is very important to sell sand in the desert and ice in the antarctic, face is very important but useless on a manlet, race is very impoirtanmt for your market audiance.

But in reality its really a combination of traits that really matter. Be average or a bit below average or even better taller, be at least average looking or even better good looking, be somewhat charismatic i.e not a complete shy scared weak man, be normal fitness.

Its relative. People always a simple one size fits all but that dont exist, the most successful are mix of traits with some showing more and some showing less.
