Problems with limb lengthening:

• Paley and Guichet are probably the two best most reliable surgeons and they both charge 100K+.
• In addition to that you have to factor in physiotherapy, flights, and hotels.
• Guichet allows you to stand after surgery by Paley doesn't let you stand without crutches for I believe I recall 6 months.
• There are risks in misaligning the axis of the knees which can increase arthritis.
• Some people have had their legs amputated due to infections or other complications after leg lengthening.
• Some people's bones don't re-fuse properly after the lengthening and they need grafting or reversal of the lengthening to fuse.
• Some never re-fuse and end up crippled.
• Sometimes the bone doesn't rebuild strongly enough and it snaps when you start standing.
• For internal femur approach, they must drill out the marrow from your femur to fit the rod and this can go through your blood to cause pulmonary emboli (potentially fatal).
• You can end up with chronic pain from nerve damage or bone damage where they drill your bones for the surgery.

Otherwise it's incredibly legit and guys who have had it and succeeded all report a massive boost in women's affection after.

In the first photo her legs weren't straight, but bending outward;s so the act of straightening them definitely added more than 3-4 inches.

Then the leg lengthening act itself would have added another 3 inches.
