Imprisoning a man who raped or murdered a foid out of the reasoning being the foid disrespected, rejected, or made fun of him would be classified as arbitrary detention.

And whoever made the decision of imprisonment would be killed on the spot.
Moreover I believe it's unnatural for a foid to hold power over a male therefore foids would not be allowed to be judges or police officers I mean this one is pretty self explanatory why.
