I looked myself in the mirror and god my frame is so fucking tiny so fucking pathetic, all those beautiful women and i dont stand a chance with any of them i hate my body so fucking much my life is so pathetic i cant take it anymore

Human beings are extremely competitive. Of course we have to compare ourselves to others!

The only reason I can think of to go to the gym is to be stronger than women, so you can beat them up if you ever want to.

What type of program are you doing? It's definitely possible to gain muscle, even if genetically you are under-powered.

How long have you been lifting? if you have been lifting for less than 6 months and havent made any gains then i can feel you. It is tough for skinny guys to gain mass.

This is why home gym is the BEST thing for gymcelling. No femoids, no chads, just you. Plus no membership or anything. Basic equipment is a little pricey ,but worth it in the long run if u want an all-round good results

I have whey and creatine just sitting there. I was into it but haven't gone for 2 months now. I need to confuse my muscles after doing the same exercises for months but I got scared of changing it up so I stopped going.

I guess its different at my gym because the squat racks have a bunch of different things on it. Nobody does deadlifts anywhere else.

You need to get on STEROIDS.
Every single one of those "Transformations" are due to a multitude of factors.
-Steroids
-HGH
-Puberty
Most of those "Before" pictures we're taken in their late to mid teens when their clavicles hadn't set and they still had room for growth, as well as their overall bone structure.
You won't find a single good transformation from someone with actually shit genetics that's like that..

I have a small frame and went from skin and bones (66kg) to 81kg in 6 months (im 6'0), and have increased my bench press by well over double. put some effort in bro. if i can do that with my shitty ass genetics, you should be able to do at least that.

Measure your:
-Wrist size
-Bideltoid breadth as well as bone to bone breadth
-Shoulder circumference
-Pelvis/waist circumference

If your wrist is above 6 inches, if your bone to bone breadth is 17 inches or above if your bideltoid is 19 inches or above and your pelvis/waist circumference is less than 32...
