Well tbh Lefort 3 is a stupid idea anyway, and you can only get ccw rotation at Lefort 1 cut.

So Lefort 1 with CCW rotation + custom made infra orbital maxillar implant would give the forward growth effects of Lefort 3 plus ccw rotation.
