Neither feels "comfortable" or "right" but I've always been and am doing the former (NOT working on myself, bc for what? I'm always 24/7 fatigued as well).

My parents have some good fitness-machines, rower, treadmill, dumbbells in the house (cheaper than gym-membership in the long run) I can use but I never do.

For what? I'm always tired, I hate doing it and most importantly, it makes no difference.

Eating unhealthy food secretly, never work out, and when I'm not studying for my online degree I just surf internet or watch movies/tv.

What do you do?
 
I'd love some sugary food right now but we have none. I'm skinny-fat, fat belly (hidden behind clothes)
 
I just eat whatever I feel like and work out sometimes. I only do it to get bigger though. Health isn’t even a factor.

I see, yeah getting bigger would be a factor for me too but it's a huge cope in my case. And I don't have the energy/stamina to begin with, making it really tedious for me anyway.
 
I was addicted to junk food for the last 7 years because its a nice cope mechanism.

I would be happy when my food came and I could eat some chicken nuggets and stuff and I was genuinely happy for a short little time. It was the happiest moment of the day for me so I was addicted to that feeling since I had nothing else.

Working on urself is pointless if ur an incel. I am doing it right now only so I don't second guess myself in the future.

Don’t even bother. If you have shit muscle genetics it won’t make much difference and won’t improve your SMV. I only continue because of how ridiculously skinny I am without it. I’m only 159 pounds right now, and was 135 before gym

Yep. I likely WILL die by 40-45 even if I don’t rope. Currently almost 20, but I have many health issues. Intestinal problems that take daily medication to keep working, a heart condition, terrible sleep, and hip issues. I’m sure nature will take me out sooner rather than later even if I don’t kill myself. Plus I have a food addiction and eat 3,500 calories of junk food a day

Well I have none. I tell myself, I'll work out but I never do, too tired, too self-aware
we become very passive creatures due prolly to excessive cooming and comfort

Thanks. Took 2+ years of gym to get to this weight. I do dumbbell bench press and tricep pushdowns on push day, and pull ups, machine rows, and bicep curls on pull day usually.

Used to do legs too, but my hips are fucked up and I just skip legs entirely. My legs are big enough already and I hate small my upper body is proportionally compared to it. (Fate of a narrow frame and short torso). So I do everything to build the upper body and ignore legs. The long walks I do in the woods and bike rides is more than enough leg exercises.

Genetics fucked you over bad man. 110 must feel so brutal. I remember back when I was that weight before puberty and I felt so vulnerable because people knew they could walk all over me if they wanted. How tall are you out of curiosity? I’m 6’0”, so 159 is still very skinny for my height. Depending on your height though, I’d imagine 110 looks skinnier in proportion.

I do minimal workout and try not to be fat, both are a pain in the ass. I do it mainly for health, no build for my autism :feelskek:

Yep. I still gymmaxx some because I’m skinny and need to be more muscular, but I’m not too obsessed like I used to be
 
Working out is pointless, diet is the most important. You don't need to work out if you eat well. Big muscles are cope and unnatural, going to a gym filled with sweaty men, lifting metal, putting stress on your body and destroying your collagen isn't going to improve your mental health. Going out for a long walk in a natural environment is way better for you than the gym.

Agree with all this. I just don't like going on a walk or bike ride bc of the looks I get. And bc it gets boring always having to do it alone.

Also I have some decent equipment at home but I don't use it, literally got no energy or hope it'll change anything. That's why I like to eat unhealthy stuff it helps - very little - to dull the sadness.

Nice! I feel kind of bad though bc of everything mother tries to offer me including the home gym. Or the nice bike I have. I don't like going outside though for 2 reasons: the stares/comments I overhear, and it just gets boring after a while, always having to do things on my own. Genuine question: am I being unreasonable? I won't get offended whatever the answer is.

Yeah, I'm very skinny and light. I'm 5'4" (when I was 9 years old paediatricians predicted I'll be 5'11"-6'1" by the time I'm 18, given my parents' heights, but I got into puberty much too early, and had some unknown mutation which fucked up everything...)

Nah man, not unreasonable. I’m lucky enough to just be invisible mostly outside, so it doesn’t bother me much. If you get actual stares and comments, that’s brutal af and is reason enough to not want to go in public more than necessary. Although the bike might be ok in a mild traffic area with few people if there is one. I often times go for walks and bike rides in desolate areas and it’s a good cope.

I’d try to find a few things you can enjoy, although I totally understand how doing it all alone kills the motivation. Life is meant to be experienced with a loving woman, not alone. We are humans after all, not snakes or raccoons.

Fuck, that’s awful. Was the polar opposite for me. I was way shorter than average and lighter till age 15-16, and I grew around 5 inches in 6 months during puberty. Gained some weight too. My brain was already messed up from how bad they treated me before, but getting bigger was a massive boost. I almost never receive any form of bullying now and get treated with more respect. (Still am a total outcast though with barely any social life).

Must’ve been horribly discouraging to think you’d end up a tall guy only to be shorter than average.
