I have bags of garbage in the kitchen, empty bottles on the floor everywhere, unwashed dishes, etc.. I can barely move. It's like a psychological wall in my head preventing me to do anything. Everything is so futile.

cant really when my room is so comically fucking small

At one point half of my room was covered in piss bottles

LDAR got to me as well. It’s an addictive cycle

Clutter yes, filth no. There's a line between the two and when my surroundings begin to take on any semblance of the latter, then I'll start cleaning but rarely go all the way to 100% spotless, more like "meh, that's good enough."

If I don't force myself to wash dishes right after I eat the meal, they will legit sit around for 6 months. I'm too grossed out by the old dried food on the plate that if I don't clean it while it's still fresh, I can't bring myself to do it

Who the fuck thought dust was a good idea? No matter how much you clean it keeps coming back.

I fucking hate dust, it should fuck right off.

Does the western degenerate society count?

Can't wait to go to Japan, the cleanest country on earth with the most hygienic people.

Sounds like you need help. People don't just accidentally live in filth all of a sudden, its a clear sign of something being very wrong mentally.

A good way I find to get over that mental barrier , set your phone timer for 15 minutes. Force yourself to get up and clean for that 15 minutes ... do that once a day and the place will be spotless

My room is small, and it still happened. Currently cleaning it up though, feels better.

I live in filth because I am filth
