She just laughs it off and I pretend not to hear it. When we leave not a word is said of it. Getting called ugly by an old man feels awful. My dad knew the hotel manager for almost 20 years and the manager admitted that the hotel employed many young, inexperienced and incompetent female staff members. Suffice to say, bitch got what was coming to her, was fired after less than a year citing delinquent performance on her part.
