LifeFuel Late night walks

Been really enjoying this lately as I don’t have to deal with looks from strangers or being in the presence of a toilet. The weather in my state is also really nice this time of year especially at night feels very nice dude. I listen to an album called Crumbling by Mid Air-Thief while taking these walks, idk very good cope

I switched my late night walks to late night running, I found it very beneficial. I do like walking but I feel more benefits from HIIT and I want to make best use of my late night outings.

But admittedly walking around and having some relaxing music and zero normalfags around is pretty sweet

I enjoy both running and walking, sometimes sprinting and jumping too, in nature all by my self. Good exercise guys
