I immediately get an ice cold can of Coca Cola and suck it down with either cereal with milk and butter and jellied toast or alternatively I’ll have some White Castle cheeseburgers that are easy and quick to get done in the microwave along with 14 small pizza roles.

It sounds unhealthy on its face but I’ve actually continued losing weight with this regimen surprisingly enough.
