I do get intolerance once in a while cuz I barely drink milk and derivates, despite loving cheese. But mine seems to be very mild, I get just a little bit bloated for some time. I read that most adult humans have some degree of lactose intolerance.

High percentage of the population is lactose intolerant so there are many products that are lactose free. They just happen to be 2x more expensive that regular milk products.
