I'm speaking the truth.

I wasn't alive when some of those shows came out and they weren't the first anime I saw either so it's not nostalgia, they are objectively better than the trash coming out right now full of CG and garbage animation.

Cowboy Bebop, Eva, and Berserk are gateway anime that everybody and their mother have watched

It's not just about animations, some stories are so good that having bad CGI moments in the anime still don't take away from the story. Would it be better with actual proper 2D animation? Of course. Either way i'd say most anime tends to average out as a 7/10 regardless of its old or new, but so far I haven't seen any shows that really rival the best Animes that came out 2011+, to be on the generous side 2004+
