Huh. You'd think they'd be more concerned about the kid who will probably have been extremely scarred from this, even if it doesn't remember this memory down the road, potentially even developing a related mental disorder if he was already prone to it beforehand; but no, the mother gets all the attention who should've realised walking your six year old near a fucking train station as a BLIND woman isn't exactly the best idea.

I'm not gonna even question where's the other spouse, but why couldn't she have at least taken a more safe alternative? Or been much further AWAY from the rails? It's clear at least in this video, she knew where the rails were but decided to walk near it, with her child ON THE SIDE of the rail and was probably even having to guide HER to not walk into it...
