Well look, I agree a little. Of course Russia wishes for the West to fall so that it can say that capitalism don't work and communist is the only way. Also they want to get the land and resources of the Americas without actually going to war.

A country destroyed by internal conflicts, social chaos or civil war is like a ripe fruit ready to be plucked from the tree. If shit hits the fan in the US, China/Russia would be ready to deploy all their armies to seize the land.
