Yeah, as a low status man who is suffering you are expected to internalize. Any pain you show is a repulsive display of weakness and you aren't supposed to demand anything for yourself. You are expected to know that no one is interested in reaching out to you just because you cry out for help. That kind of treatment is only for women.

It is an obvious gaslighting tactic used by most people so that instead of going ER (in GTA V) we kill ourselves and remove ourselves from society and thus the gene pool.
