Venting Keep having flashbacks

I keep having 'flashbacks' to social situations were I humiliated myself from being social awkward or from moments in life where people made fun of my appearance and I uncontrollably either twitch, murmur or say something under my breath like: 'fuck' 'fuck off' 'no'

A few days after the moment is when the flashbacks of the moment itself is at its worst but after that they still replay every now and then, along with all the other memories that keep building up to this day.
