Tbh no suprise.

Nepotism is something you can't really fight with. Even if communists achieved their material aegalitarian society people would treat the offspring of famous people and the offspring of doctors, lawyers, engineers, architecs etc differently. Socialmaxing would occupy the space money has now.

The only way to fight in a nepotist envirment is to be loyal and hustling. Thye keep you around for hustling and bringing them income and they care enough to sometimes protect you bacouse they know that when you're loyal, you're a good tool in the future to use and exploit.

Poor families also can be nepotist.
But they're still remain poor.

Yeah and?
My point was that thanks to nepotism and caring more for your own then for meticulous people their family managed to pass down the wealth.

Do you think somebody would rather educate somebody with skills and spend money on that person rather then pour it into their own child?

Only the wealhiest would if they could get something from it. You basically ingrain an debt into a person like that. Whole point of the loyalty + hustling combo making you valueable.

But why they were at the top in the first place?
Not because of nepotism, of course.
It's more connected to an existence of natural inequality among humans.
Some people are destined to be at the top due to their personal qualities. They're naturally superior.

How they became like that in the beginning, may not have been through nepotism, but staying wealthy sure was thanks to nepotism (of course not only).

I can hardly blame them. You'd want your kid to have a good life.

And to make this clear I do not condemn them for using it to make it so, because it works, if their goal was to have wealth whilst focuing on the others talented more then their own kids then I would call them idiots.

This thread I think wasn't made for discussing ethics. If it was ethics we we'd be discussing I would condemn them. Rn I emplore them, because they chose a practical for the goal of staying wealthy doctrine.

But as much as want to argue truth is because of nepotism there are talented people who will never achieve a status worthy of their superior genetics as fast as ought to be because of nepotism and stubborn families, its an obstacle that will slow down the process.
