JFL I’m going fucking insane. This shit is making me lose my mind. I have a fucking pulsing sound in my left ear that won’t go away.

I’ve begged for forgiveness and salvation and my life is getting worse. I’m losing all hope, this is worse than my inceldom. I genuinely can’t live like this my mind is a clusterfuck because of it now

What did I do to deserve this? I have always been nice to people, never acted out of malice and would put others first instead of myself. Even when exploited and abused I always went through the path of forgiveness yet I keep being punished. What will give me salvation ?

When I got any signs of tinnitus, I'd vigorously clean out my ears, which probably led to me breaking a bone somehow

i have had tinnitus since 2023, it gets "better" meaning you learn to ignore it most of the time. Sometimes it will increase and be very difficult to ignore so i suggest playing tinnitus masking sounds in the background and avoid caffeine and poor sleep

mine seems to be mainly in my left ear but sometimes it can have switch,

i do about the same thing to cope i always have a fan and some noise going on in the background to help forget about it.

i can't ever just sit in complete silence or it gets even louder

Tinnitus is not supposed to be pulsing to my knowledge, it's a constant droning sound. Does the beat of pulsing line up with your heart rate?

Might wanna go get something checked with an ENT doctor or something.

Yeah, my tinnitus is pretty bad as well, been dealing with it for many years now.

Usually sleep with a fan on to dampen it.
